Sheraton Palo Alto Hotel

I got a complementary upgrade. The bed was nice and comfortable. The place was clean. Reusable water bottle was provided in the room. The amenities were nice. The place was quiet and good for getting some work done.

Ordered 1 hour prior to pickup and one of the 4 meals had burnt bacon in it. Was in a time restricted schedule and didn’t inspect food before I left property. Had to summon a staff from the kitchen, for the pickup and payment; no one at the front of the restaurant. There was another silent party just standing and waiting as well.

I love Palo Alto Sheraton so much! It's a 3 stars hotel but lived like a 4 stars. The location is right next to the train station and 5 mins walk to downtown. You can hear a bit sounds of trains but just a bit. This is a pet-friendly hotel and I brought my cat with me. They charged $50/per night for DEPOSIT only. Technically charge nothing if your pet doesn't break anything. Shampoo and body wash they chose smell so good, I googled it and bought one myself immediately. They also have a laundry room for guest which locates on 1st floor and the washing machine/ dryer cost around $1 per use.

My room was huge (in the Stanford building), the bathroom shower was awesome, and the King bed was amazing. Had a nice balcony to sit outside and I slept like a dream. It was so quiet! Perfect for my Palo Alto staycation.

This hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and shops, clean facility, friendly staff, and comfortable bed. We slept like a baby.
